I am so furious! Heres the story...
My stbx has the kids this weekend, b4, g7. He had class today, and he and I talked about the kids going to his moms with the understanding that his sister would go by and help her with them.
I find out that his sister is taking them to the beach, along with the gf. (Yes, the gf who texts me with crazy messages.)
I called his mom and told her that I had no plans and that I was coming to get the kids and stbx could pick them up after his class. She and I got into a heated discussion, she telling me that the kids are going to the beach with their aunt, and I say no they are not! It is not in our agreement that they do this. I was told they would be at your house not at the beach!
I text the x telling him I was under the impression they would be at his moms, not at the beach.
My problem? His sister is a big drinker. Has had DUI in past, like within the last 2/3 yrs.
And the gf? Well, I just dont like her! BUT, I would rather she be there to help the sister!
I talked to my daughter who cried on the phone with me about wanting to go. So, of course, I said yes they could.
If the stbx wants to take them ANYWHERE thats fine! Know what I mean? But...Im just pissed!
I dont like the thought of them at the beach with these two woman.
I put a call into my lawyer, and she has not called back yet.

If your state doesn't have such a requirement, perhaps you should consider such a stipulation be put in your agreement.
It doesn't have to be a "whole in the wall" type of bar. Our children are exposed to a lot these days.
Maybe rescue was speaking of these types... not sure...
I know the feeling. For me, the bar she took them to is a old train station that serves GREAT pizza. Now, my oldest LOVES the building and they love the pizza and the price is o.k. They never went there in the evening, afternoons only. I was pissed maybe because of jealousy or saw it as a chance to raise hell about something. Actually the truth is, she took them someplace they enjoyed, had a good meal with the grandparents (they always met them there) and was there when other families were (Sunday afternoons) It was me with the perceived problem
I am going to talk to him about this calmly and adult-like. (not that he will be that way!) He KNOWS his sister drinks too much and when we were married had a problem with her around the kids!!
