Well 2 hours and didn't get to talk since one person took a lot of time so not sure if I will go back. But hearing other people's stories are always good because there's always worse situations out there than mine! At minimum it made me think that I don't have it so bad - yes it sucks but I will survive.

Was it divorce care? Or some other group.

In DC, we went around and everyone spoke,
Watched a 30 minute video, then everyone
Spoke again. Its really so people get to share
And get support back plus learn about divorce.

Some facilitators run it different. I went for the
Help and support and i went multiple times with
Different facilators. I needed help Same as alanon.
I was on my knees when i entered.

I love the DC program and everything that comes with
It. The religious aspect i just overlooked but learned
A lot at the same time. It really saved me on so many
Levels. I was in a good place by the time of the divorce.
Not saying it cured me, it helped me walk around in
All that bad and be sane. HUGS
