Fired two, now hired her third attorney

It appears that she is intent on spending every last penny we had from savings including retirement on lawyers, including retirement account. Well, its only money. Its sad that all this money will be spent, and we'll end up at or near my original proposal. I never wanted to take advantage, I tried to be fair. She just doesn't understand the ramifications. Sigh.

Is there something she is holding out for? Sometimes fair doesn't work, sometimes (this is hard to comprehend at times) it's easier to say it is just STUFF. You can have it if it will get this process over with... you can have x, y, AND z. I'll even lay down and let you run over me with my own car, just sign the *&@$#@ papers. Yes, I did that the first time around and it HURT. He got the assets, I got the liability, no KY.

Thank y'all for the support. I've offered everything, the house, all the stuff, half the accounts, and half my income, half time with the kids. Thats not enough, at mediation she asked for over 85% of my income on top of everything else.

Yes it will all be over at some point, one way or another. The divorce, that is. My life has been so much better since I've moved out, and will be even better yet when I can call her my ex for real. I may be poor, but I'll be my own man, free to live my life without her.
