Breakups & Divorce Support Group
Just broke up with someone or in the midst of a difficult divorce? Breaking up is difficult no matter what the circumstances are. They say that time heals all wounds, but sometimes a listening ear or a hug can work wonders for the heart. Whether you need a place to vent, someone to hold you to No Contact, or need advice about what to do, we're here to help.

I don't believe family on either side needs to be getting involved or taking sides. Rather mean and inappropriate in my humble opinion.
In any case, I become lonely too. I'm just on this big self care, introspection thing, because I feel some introspection is in order. That doesn't mean I don't become lonely.
So I do try and get out, even if its to walk the dog or take a bike ride.
You're the only one who knows if you're ready for dating. I know I'm not.
What about joining some groups? Or church?
You never know what life has in store if you point yourself in a positive direction.
Don't allow your families attitudes to effect your sense of self esteem. What's left of my family is a bunch of selfish A-holes who only contacted me when they needed something, so I don't give them the power to run my emotional life.
Things will get better. Do something you enjoy.
Most normal families dont Turn against their
own. Is your ex personality disordered so he is
Looking to cause you trouble within your own
Family unit.
With my ex i just backed away from his family
And they mostly sided with him anyways And
i have no children.
My family is neutral which is fine, both our families
Are dysfunctional. Many live out of state.
Dysfuncyional families are weird, one of my sisters,
My mother likes her ex much better than my sister.
My sister doesnt like my mother, so round and round
The dysfunction goes.
Hugs
