You are absolutely NOT worthless. I agree with Wish in that he doesn't deserve you. Now is the time to be extra nice to yourself. Don't beat yourself up for what he did because it does you no good and it will not help anything. Do something nice for yourself like get your hair and nails done. Buy a nice outfit or go somewhere you always wanted to go. Spend time with close family and friends, people you trust and love. Do what you can to not constantly think about it/him and in time, it will get easier. It's ok to get angry at him for what he did. Actually, it helps you reclaim your self worth and once you have built that back up, no one can ever take it away from you unless you let them. I am here for you as are everyone in this group. The people here really do care so take advantage of this great support system. Remember to take care of yourself...Hugs...
NO, NO, NO: From now on you set firm, safe and healthy boundaries for YOURSELF because you cannot change YOU to make other people happy or to make them stay. When you are not yourself, eventually it works on you and gets to you. They have to love you for who you really are and that's okay.
He is not worth "doing anything for him." He hasn't treated you with dignity and respect throughout this and he doesn't deserve you. He doesn't deserve your attention, your kindness, your compassion, your caring, your love--you save all that for someone who will deserve it and who will also return it all to you.
Finally I have learned, at least for me. I let NO one make me feel worthless. I have finally learned that the only one who I REALLY want to please is myself. You are young and have a really good chance of finding someone who will really care for you, without trying to make you feel worthless. The guy that left you didn't care for you and I sure wouldn't waste my time thinking about him. Please take some time to pamper yourself and let yourself have some special treats. You will start to feel better, but it does take time.
These are 2 of my favorite quotes
"You're not free in life until you are free of wanting others approval."
"People are just about as happy as they make up their mind to be" - Abraham Lincoln
I wish you all the luck in the world, in hoping you will just put your mind somewhere else. He isn't worth even 1 of your thoughts

Consider this relationship a learning experience and hopefully you learned some red flags to watch for. Some little things he could have done that gave you an uncomfortable feeling in your gut. Always listen to your gut.
You are so lucky that you are still young. I bet all your dreams will come true, but they wouldn't have had a chance with this last guy.

You will find someone that will treat you so much better than that snake.
