I can't eat, I can't sleep, I haven't left my house since I came home from work Thursday. I miss him like crazy and I so badly wanna respond to calls and messages but I know it won't do me any good. He shuts me out then lets me back in over and over again. I'm just so tired of all the mind games, lies, and constant manipulation. Sometimes it feels like he put a spell on me and he's controlling my mind and I can't get him out of there. He's probably at home laughing right now cause he knows how much I love him and he knows I'm losing it right now. When my sister said it was something about him that she hated and feared I should've walked away then cause she never gives an opinion about a man. He just laughed and said I got mind control over her and I'ma be the one that take her away from you, and that's exactly what he did. Me and my sister probably see each other once a month if that, but I don't even wanna call her to tell her whats going on. I feel stuid and confused. I can't understand how I can be feeling so miserable about walking away from somebody that has no feelings or emotions at all. I refuse to give in this time and for once I got the last word. I can't but to think what if he really needs me, what if something is wrong. I feel like I'm turning my back on my best friend and it's breaking my heart..Idk

Wow...I could have written almost exactly the same thing as you. I am so struggling with the break up and feel like he is enjoying the fact that I am struggling and it appears he isn't. It does suck. It messes with your mind. You wonder what happened to that man that you fell in love with. I am here if you need to chat. Hugs

If your sister cares enough about you to warn you about this man, I'm sure she loves you enough to support you now.

Please, please, please, stay strong and go NO CONTACT. Block his phone number, delete him from your social media. This is just a game to him - you know that now.

You call him your best friend; but is this really how a best friend behaves? Playing games with your emotions and mind? Perhaps he is a man who knows you best. Knows best how to play you? Knows best how to manipulate and deceive you? Knows best that since you are a caring and loving individual, he can play on those qualities in an attempt to pull you back in?

I will pray for strength for you.

That guy ain't good for you. No guy like that should ever mistreat a lady like how he did to you. You'll find a better man for you. He should be the one to treat you like a queen not like a peasant. Don't call your 'BFF'. Be strong. God bless you.

If you are close with your sister call her. She will be there to support you. Build your support system, you will need it. I am learning from reading more people's stories on here that there are a lot of evil manipulative people in this world who can rip people apart without even looking back. Thank goodness this site also shows me there are good people out there to help the ones who are hurting.

Thank you all for your kind words! I'm trying to get there, but its hard when you really don't wanna be around people. I dont even understand all this. Still so confused and hurt. This man was literally my world, I feel like my world just exploded and I'm just left out here to die. I've stood by this man through everything. I wouldn't wish this kinda suffering on nobody, not even on him.

wow.. I get it, I sososososo get it.... it hurts so much, and as soon as you think you're good, you are feeling better,it's like he smells it and contacts you, so that you don't get to move on or forward... I fully believe that they love the fact that we love them so much and are there for them... they want us to be there almost as a backup plan... It hurts, it sucks, and you've done everything you could, but it's at a cost to you... know that everytime you let him back in, it's at a cost to you... stay strong, and know you are a beautiful soul, and worthy of the love you give out to others...
