my husband moved out 6 weeks ago we have been in contact everyday but it's usually fighting about what he's out there doing, he's almost 40 and living in his younger brothers house. So Tuesday he admitted he's sleeping with another woman one it's killing me inside, he's been so wishy washy when we fight and talk about our relationship he cries and tells me if I would just back off and stop pushing and just "chill" so since I really don't know what to do I decided to end communication with him. I'm so hurt so angry everyone tells me that he's going to come back but this isn't our first time here and I don't even know what I feel anymore, but I do know that I love him. I just feel completely lost and alone.

I know it's hard but do from an ousiders view. He has done you a favor. If he where to come back would things be the same.

You desire better but right now focus on getting strong.

The problem is that when they leave they have been thinking about it for a long time. In my case I did not see it coming and I was so shocked I even lost myself. I reacted in ways I never thought possible in me. I was needy, clingy and I even begged. He came back but he is still treating me like I'm not there, like he came back out of remorse. He says he is afraid of going back to a full closeness and intimacy relationship. He says he is afraid of getting back into the same routine if we are not ready. BS!! I only see this as BS.... I'm getting stronger and once my heart and my head are in the same place I will be the one making the decisions.
Your husband is having sex with someone else? he tells you in the face? if you guys have no kids, please do the no contact. He cant know you are available while he goes and has a freebie.
How do you start over from that? He is having an affair right in your face and he justifies it with "we were on a break"? You need to show him what you are made of. I'm not giving as much as I had, but I'm playing along my husbands game. At the end I know that everything always works out for me.

Feeling lost and alone is normal for what you are going through. Please find yourself a good trauma therapist. You have been victimized by a self centered "child-man" who does not seem to care much about your feelings. What he is doing is a form of abuse- insidious emotional abuse. Please find some good support for yourself.

stop engaging in an argument and don't initiate conversation, distance yourself, let him chase you , but don't always be available. there are things to try if you wish to try to salvage your relationship but it begins with finding out whether you do or not. if you do id be more than happy to share my knowledge
