What is up with me??? I cried all the way in to work today. I have hardly shed a tear through this whole thing thinking I can't show my feelings to him or to anyone...
What? Let people see that I am weak through this? That he's gotten the best of me? Oh, the poor thing!!! Hell no!!!
But, then that can't be good, can it? I haven't yelled. I haven't fought. I have been very good and have just gone with the flow as I always do with everything in my life.
Okay, time for meds now or some goog therapy. Still trying to find a support group. I think that would be the healthiest for me right now.
Feeling a bit abandoned by my supposed support group that I thought would be there for me as I've been there for all forEVER!!!

I even called my own brother who loves to go to the movies because my stbxh is taking our daughter to dinner, a move and a sleepover in our trailer. I need a distraction so I thought my dear brother would be there and go with me... Oh, no, of course not. He can't go. No, he can't leave his family. Oh, that's the busiest time to go to the movie, Miss. Well, damnit, am I supposed to wait for two days to go with you to a matinee? Don't you see I need you now?
Even my niece that lives with me has other better things to do. I DON'T TALK TO ANYONE ABOUT ALL THIS THAT I'M GOING THROUGH so it's not like I've overstepped my "help me I'm hurting needs".
I HATE BEING A GIVER!!!!! When the givers need to do the taking, there's no one to give!!!

I am actually on a bit of an upswing right now just at this moement as I just received a call back for a support group really close to my home!!! The woman was sooooo nice and made me feel like I'm not alone. I'll be with people to help me get through this for real!
