I have posted many time here things like, "you have to welcome fear into your heart like he was an old friend" Since I have been going through this terrible process and speaking to people like ourselves, the people who heal the best and have the best chance of a healthy emotional future are the ones that feel every oz of pain, have wept oceans of tears......My advice is don't give up stay strong we're all in this together and we can celebrate our victories no matter how small they are as great triumphs

i did a report for my history class a few summers ago about mrs. roosevelt - she had several horrors to overcome - still rose above it and is remembered as such a dynamic first lady. LOVE her.
