My ex e-mailed me a few weeks ago (the only way he speaks to me) about being gone this weekend. His e-mail mentioned it was just for a day.
Now, he e-mailed me today that his trip is ending past 10 pm Sun. night - and we all know how those late night flights go, it will be later.
I had assumed (yes, it makes me an ass) he was coming back sometime Sunday.
Ex takes our son to school, I pick him up, so I had a mammogram scheduled early (7 am) Mon. morning, had to wait forever to get that time, and now I had to cancel because I have to take our son to school.
I like doing appt's like that early, I can take a shower, get the test done, get home and put myself together for the day, which is why the early time slots are hard to come by.
Does anyone else experience this with their ex?

so is your ex not going to take your son to school now? is that what you are saying? or are you just mad he is getting in late on sun.? im not sure why he still cant take son into school mon morning.
I have to take my son to school, which is why I had to cancel the mammogram.
My son has late start that morning, but then who know's, ex may just pick him up- I seem to be the last to know, and I feel bad because our son is in between, and I just don't want him to feel that way.
I just wish ex would let me know, when he knows his schedule, what to expect. Is that too much?
I talk to friends around me, and they all love my ex - I need to find new friends!
My ex totally snowed these people, and, I can't overcome that.
I am who I am, whether you love me or hate me, I will always be myself.
I am slowly getting back some of our mutual friends, they are realizing the truth.
I knew they would, but I made my own friends, and you can never have enough friends.
