Hey all. I know I have not been on here much lately. Although I still feel hurt and betrayed, I have tried to focus more on me. I just got back from Hong Kong a few days ago, and bought this little book of Buddhist sayings from a shop at the Giant Buddha. When I read this saying, it made me feel better and I wanted to share it with you in the hopes that it might bring some relief:
"Pay little heed to other's wrongdoings, or what they have done or will do. Pay close attention to what you yourself have done or will do."

I haven't made it out of the country, but did go to church this morning and received very helpful encouraging words from the Bible.
