DS is out of control. it is the way they do things, this is not a member doing it. a forum member can complain but they cannot actually suspend or ban.

my guess is that banned members could sue DS and maybe even win.

Yes DS has a big responsibility in this, but if someone wasn't trigger happy with the report button, we wouldn't be here.

I'm confused, if Mark is banned, why is he still around under another profile? it is clear admins were here yesterday moving threads and checking on posts and what not.

dolphin, point the finger of blame at the right place. point it right at ds itself. they are responsible.

any forum could have a disgruntled member. but, the admins are supposed to use good judgment.

I have to say, I feel much better not seeing person in question around. If she would be willing to help each and everyone, banned included, but be being invisible. There is hope for DS:).

From my own observations, DS doesn't follow their own policies very well....its very hit and miss with them...they seem to do whatever they feel like doing at the particular moment they decide to actually pay attention to stuff...and I don't think they fully pay attention anyway...

so they decided, we'll an him, but let him come on and stay under another profile... hmmm ... interesting.

Maybe they are thinking about telling you why they banned you, no one else seems to know. I doubt it thou...

At some point so many people will be upset and speaking their mind that they will have to just ban the whole lot of us.

Sloshed: Yes, I am and have attempted to assist members when they have allowed me to or involved me. My comments are not to ridicule, but to ask questions so I can get a better understanding for myself, not DS, as to what is going on in a forum with members I care about.

I am sorry you feel you might not find the support you need here because of chat's, Pm's and other conversations you have had with members, but that is not the case. There are many here, including myself, who will continue to support those who want it.

Mark, I reckon so. I wasn't trying to squak plus you have been pretty vocal yourself. I just find it odd how things happen sometimes and not others. Isn't that what is being talking about? Inconsistencies?

I don't think Chi is trying to ridicule anyone or having fun with it. He is just trying to make sense of it all. I think everyone here has a right to their own opinion
