I had this huge argument with my best friend, and for some reason it went into my relationship with my boyfriend. She had a role into breaking us 25 yrs ago, she apologized when we got back together.

Because of this argument, my boyfriend left me.

He's done this before, he always comes back, but always brings up past things, and I never mention things he's done.

Is it worth to take him back?

yep. this is just how the two of you like things. every so often, he leaves and then you talk and make up again. it seems to work for you both because you have been together for awhile from what i gather.

Is this how the 2 of you like things? If you don't like it, then don't take him back. If you do, then have at it. Or, you could actually sit him down and talk about it and tell him what you want in the future. At least it's out in the open. If he can't give you what you want and need, then it's time to move on.

Yes, we do talk things through, we are still on edge, but at least we are talking things through.

I never had that with my ex, he would just clam up, and get crazy when I've done something wrong for months.

He wants me to talk (and apologize) to my friend, before he and I can repair things.

My bofriend and I had a serious talk today. Maybe we both were wrong, and I need to at least send her an e-mail, need a day or two.

He's worth it, it's just we've been so guarded (we both were molested at a young age), we finally opened up about this.

It just always seemed to be easier to leave, than to talk about the truth.

We'll see what happens. Anyone else in this position? It seems more prevalent than we know.
