Don't know what to do...

So right now me and my children are in the shelter. My husband is supposed to be here with us and he never came back.  We talked most of the day yesterday and when night time came he cut his phone off. He was supposed to go get something done with our car,  but never return. Here at the shelter there is a curfew and something telling me he is never coming back. This is heart broken and I don't know what to do. I am always with the kids while he do what he wants to do. I also noticed that everytime he gets money he likes to disappear and blow money. We are homeless and I have my children with me and 6mos pregnant.

Connect with the social services agency and get that man out of your life, right now. He takes off? Leaves you and the kids in a shelter? He blows money? You have at least 2, soon to be 3 children and he ghosts? Does he do anything beneficial for the family? I don't see it in your post. You probably already know what he's doing with the money and where he's going, or a general idea of it. Get him out of your life, work with people to get you back on track. He's sucking the life and the money from his family and it looks like he couldn't care less. Talk to someone NOW!! Please!

professional, retraining, Therapy. I am sorry you
are pregnant at a Time like this, that must be so

Well....I hope you don't think that him coming back with clothes makes it better that he took off and turned his phone off. Buying you something might be his way of trying to gain your forgiveness, and your repeated (I'm betting) forgiveness for his general neglect is allowing him to continue his behaviors.

What he is doing is not acceptable. He is not responsible, for god's sake, he has 4 children! He should be doing EVERYTHING he can to get those girls to a safe place of their own. And you!

Think about it, what's most important. New clothes or food? New clothes or an apartment of your own? A man who does for himself first, or a life where YOU are in control and you put your 4 children first.

I hate to say this but I've seen this before with my sister and her loser husband and it did not end well. Getting kicked out of apartment after apartment, leaving everything behind except what they could stuff in their car. No stability. That's no way to live. That is, until, she got her husband out of their lives completely. Now they're doing much better. The 5 girls are grown, but they will always carry around the scars left by their dad and mom and their poor choices. You have a choice here, please realize that his treatment of you and his children is not acceptable.
