My stbx is going out of town this weekend with the kids. They are going to a family gathering in NJ.

Now, my question is, do I want to know if SHE is going with them? Or do I just wait until the kids come back and tell me?

I feel like "messing" with him and telling him he should consult his lawyer first before taking the kids and his gf on a weekend getaway together?

i guess i would just assume shes going..sorry, id hate that..i'm lucky to not have little ones to have to deal with that..

can you send a camera? my stbx went to a family gathering this past week, had one of his cousins who was take pictures if she was there..not for me i dont want to know what she looks like she was just gonna send em to my lawyer

msde, I know what she looks like. we have had confrontations more than once!! Nah, I dont want pics. No thank you. Im just wondering if she is going or not. Apparently, he isnt really very nice to her. Thats what I hear anyway!!

I might just use the information for future court dates. He keeps threatening me telling me I DO NOT have 50/50 custody!
I have full physical and 50/50 legal.

Try not to let it bother you. Eventually you will find someone new as well and your kids will appreciate the fact that you considered their feelings.

Unless you both have a signed agreement about taking the kids out of town // meaning a separation agreement then you really have nothing to work on about messing with him and about the lawyer.I would just leave it alone .Put it this way with a GF or not you are going to have get along with him for the kids if you like it or not.It's all about them now. You don't want your kids to see you always giving their dad a hard time .It's their dad and they love him still.You don't want them to get mixed ideas it's not a good thing.It's hard enough on them .
