I am so sorry your are feeling that way. My thoughts are with you. I know this is a hard time. Try and be gentle with yourself and do something you enjoy.

Its understanding how you are feeling. Its not easy to have to go through this at any stage of one's life, let alone, when in their Golden years.

I hope once things settle down, you can find your way down this new path that has been put in front of you towards that Golden future of yours.

@peppe....divorce is not ageist. It's normal to feel that way, and it all depends on how you take it from here on. The last thing you want to do though, is jump into another relationship because you are scared of being alone. Surround yourself with family if possible, and learn to discover yourself again....nothing wrong with a decent company who you have something in common with, but don't go all in

I know the feeling. I dont have children and when I went to change doctors and the new one asked for an emergency contact, I almost broke down.....cause there is no one. It's hard...but you get through it one breath at a time

It is so unfair.

Went with my church the other day to deliver presents to kids at a school who's parent barely get by. The experience and interaction was very emotional and great.
