Ok so today I started to pack up my ex-boyfriend's stuff so that I can take it the 3 hours back to his grandma. My question is has anyone else had to deal with something similar? Generally I'm sure they would deal with their own stuff but seeing as how that isn't an option for me how is the best way that I can deal with this? Today I only dealt with his computer desk and computer and had the roughest time with it and I still have the majority of it left to do. My goal is to finish up and weather permitting take it down on Friday and I am not looking forward to it at all.

Anyway good luck and if you have given him opportunity to get his stuff, it is fair to do with it as you need to.
