We go to court tomorrow to set up visitation for our son. I honestly don't know if he will even go. When he got served he didn't act surprise or upset. Deep down I think this is really what he wants. He has barley even tried to see our son since I left and made little effort to act like it bothers him. I feel like he is glad I left cause now he really can do what he wants without having to answer to a wife or child. He took his freedom when we were together and now he gets it all the time with no consequence. Some times I think I might miss him but I really think I'm just lonely. Even when I was living with him he was hardly home. He would only see our son in the morning and if he bothered to be there on the weekends. Most nights he was at the bar till late. Now isn't seeing his son and doesn't seem to mind. When he has had the opportunity he has chosen to go hunting and fishing. Our son misses him. I just tell my son daddy is busy and will see you when he can. It hurts my heart for my son.

sadly your husband is a goofed parent, i'd go to court to keep him away from your son
