Back nine years ago when I was very active here, we decided to start some challenges.

Something small, and people would report back on how it made them feel. The response that they had gotten was usually uplifting.

We even started one that was to flirt with a stranger. Some of the responses on that one were funny.

It seems really silly but we had fun with it.

I challenge those that are willing,

To do something for someone that does not expect it.

It could be as simple as opening a door, buying someone lunch or a cup of coffee.

That sounds like it could be interesting and get people to go out and interact with other people, which is a challenge in itself some days,lol! I would do it if it was doing positive things. I personally wouldn't flirt with a stranger right now, but other stuff could be fun and spread some kindness.

I like this - minus the flirting ugh (not interested in anything like that). But I could get into other challenges and be honest about the results. So your 1st challenge is to do something unexpected for someone? Got you. It's on tomorrow ;-)

Challenge # 1 ACCEPTED...
I read this this morning so right now as I was coming to work I stopped and gave my breakfast to a homeless little girl who I saw on the street.
It helps me as well because I have to lose a couple of extra christmas pounds.

THANKS for this... I can't wait for challenge number 2. Keep it up

I went for breakfast this morning. There was a mom and 3 kids beside me at the table. They seemed like a nice family so when I went to leave I ask waitress for their bill and paid it. Was only $47 I paid it then left. Made me feel good that I did something nice for someone else.

wow, thats awesome ripped. I have to say that today I failed. We had some kinda storm come. I ended up spending 4 hrs trying to get to and from work today. Bummer, but I will get it done tomorrow.

I do open doors for people everyday, especially at work. I find that they are now opening doors for me that never used to open doors. It took awhile but the good in other people does come out.

Start tomorrow with a 1 mile walk. That is a 15 minute round trip.
