Cannot get over it- going into depression
hi all, my boyfriend and I broke up a month ago. We had been dating for a year. And in the last few months I'd had some personal problems which caused us to fight a lot. He broke up with me because he said when ever I go through a hard time, I started to bring him down and i hurt him. This was devastating. I started getting therapy and told him I'd work on myself. We soon started talking again but we didn't get back together. We agreed it was time to focus on ourselves. He frequently asked how my therapy was going and reassured me that in our relationship the goods outweighed the bads. However, a week ago he said he didn't see us getting back together. He blocked me off social media and I had little choice but to just respect his decision. But I feel so lost. I'm over thinking everything. I keep hearing rumours that he may be seeing someone else. I also work in the same building as him so I always see him. But he doesn't even look at me. He seems like he's happy. And that hurts in itself. He's still having a great time with our friends and is so lovely to my sister. But I keep asking myself why I was exiled out of his life. I have always tried my best to support him. I've been crying for a week. I haven't eaten anything and am having trouble sleeping. I have a good support group but I don't want to keep bringing him up and moaning to them as I feel like they're getting tired. Any advise would be appreciated! Thank you

I had gone to the grocery store. When I wheeled my cartback to my car I just stool there a minute. A few spacesaway a Tesla Cyber truck was parked. I had seen it on theroad a few times for a few seconds. But not close up.It looked like it belonged to 2126 and not 2026. I wasgoing to take a picture of the car but the owners cameback and drove away. It was an ordinary middle age...

glad you are in therapy to help you Move thru all
Of this. You can burden friends so that is the wisdom
Of therapy and groups. Keep venting on DS too.
You are grieving your losses Plus the rejection, pain
and Hurt. I would go no Contact as much as possible
with him.
I moved out of town after the divorce, i also stay away
from things i Know he will attend, i go back to where i
use to live Once a month and i am fine unless i see her
car at my old house. HUGS
Best advise I have had is to avoid contact and take everything day by day. Instead of focusing on what may happen tomorrow or a week or month from now. This has helped. Although now I feel like I'm going from normal feelings of sadness to extreme depression. I keep having negative thoughts like "I deserve this" and "something horrible should happen to me". It's really unhealthy
ourselves. Your journey now is all about You
not him, its hard and its sad i know.
Grieving is an emotional Roller coaster and it
takes time to move thru all Your feelings and
emotions then hopefully Letting them go. Hugs
I'm at work today and I haven't seen him. A friend has told me he isn't in today so that's a bit of a relief. I also want to throw away things he gave me so I can cleanse him out of my life. I threw away cards and stuff I had from him at my desk.
Also, Everyone keeps making comments at work as they haven't seen me in a week. They say I've lost a lot of weight which I have. I've lost 8kg in two weeks as I haven't been able to eat and I've always been skinny so I look physically sick. It's having a bit of a detrimental effect on my self esteem. Also my eyes are puffy no matter how much makeup I use to hide it.
Not feeling myself at all :(
are scary and not good happening At work,
