Breakups & Divorce Support Group
Just broke up with someone or in the midst of a difficult divorce? Breaking up is difficult no matter what the circumstances are. They say that time heals all wounds, but sometimes a listening ear or a hug can work wonders for the heart. Whether you need a place to vent, someone to hold you to No Contact, or need advice about what to do, we're here to help.

But if my assumptions are right, then it's not a case of it being "your fault," so much as it would be a case of a simple mis-match.
Relationships fail for a few reasons, one of which is communicating your future plans and desires.
Mis-match is another one. I had a relationship that suddenly failed, seemingly out of nowhere, while we were having casual conversation in our apartment. She said that she wanted to live in a big home someday, with a big yard and a few big dogs. Imagine the look on her face when I told her that I don't want the responsibility of a house, and besides that, I am confident that I'll never earn enough money to buy a house.
Woke up the next day, and she was gone. Left a note that said, "Deal-Breaker!" That was it.
Whether my assumption are right, somewhat close, or completely off, I think that it's wrong to beat yourself up over it, or to assume that it was your fault. Sometimes people end up not fitting, and that's not really anybody's fault. It's life.
Best of luck.
Big hug!
Bluelab97-- be strong and believe in you! Hugs back!
The thing is even after all he put me through, I still believe in love. I still believe that it will find me again, however, if it doesn't, I am starting to think that I will be okay and I will move on with my life. There are days I have doubts but I get through it. :)
We have to keep believing in true love and keep our hope. When the time is right we will be ready to embrace it again.
Take care blue! Hugs!
