I get the death over and over part..but it is really just a normal feeling of grief and lossintellectually i know that anyway. It is death in a sense as what used to have been is now gone, but new things,new reality, new people will begin to fill the void. You get to create your new life with your daughter based on honoring your own self and needs..and daughters. What helped the first year spring without mh partner was keeping some plantings and furnuture the way we had them..this year i find i sm healed more by changing some things, throwing things out...watching to see who this new me is. Your body will tell you what you need for healing....unless it is going out a shooting him and her..just kidding..that was my fantasy...but no law against fantasy! Have your anger privately or with friends. Highest honors to you for wanting to make things as healthy as possible for your daughter..while honoring your own feelings.

You don't need it!! You don't need it!! You don't need any of it!! You don't need him and he should stay with the girl he was cheating with because YOU will be better off without half of a man. Leave that fool where he lay and you keep pressing forward. Use this time to heal. Think of this breakup as life and not death. Yeah he's dead alright....he's dead to you!! It might be a slow death but he will eventually die off (figuratively speaking). You can continue to live, but live better and become new. Let him die girl......let him die.
