I got together with a girl and after a couple of weeks she broke up with me for another guy. I don't see why im making the exact same mistakes over and over again. I decided to go with her even though i knew she didnt like me and i had my doubts but when she broke up with me and went with another man my heart fell through the floor. We still talked as friends and i forgave her for what she did. But eventually she ended bringing me damn near into the middle of her relationship. I got sick of it and finally ended up not being friends with her. I still deal with the fact that i have feelings with her and im not sure what to do anymore i know she still wants to be friends but u cant be brought into the middle of relationships and im sick of making the same mistakes i keep making this has happened twice now and both times their friends say that their current bf and im not sure what to do anymore. Im just looking for a little device bc im missing all of the companionship i had with a relationship
I believe you got involved with her because she was in your physical proximity and because she said yes. Then the attachment formed merely because you truly want a relationship. When you're in that frame of mind, any pretty girl will do.
You need to figure out what you want out of a relationship and a woman, then go look for that specific thing. You want to meet a bunch of girls and only allow yourself to focus on the one's who think your hot, like the same thing you do, and want the same things out of life that you do. When that happens, whatever you had going on with this chick will seem like a kindergarten crush.
