I just broke up with my boyfriend of almost 2 years. He was accusing me of cheating but i seen something that looked like he was chatting with a girl that he has told me that he had a thing for and wanted to date at one time. She and I were friends and she has acted like she has a thing for him. The way she would say that he was my boyfriend and i noticed on social media that pictures of him and I she wouldn't like but pictures of him by himself or with his son she would like everytime. When i told him that i thought she has a thing for him, he said that he would ask her and i didn't hear from him for 3 days so i broke things off. My ex husband would accuse me of cheating when he was cheating on me and my instinct about girls he was cheating on me was always right. Just figured that was being done to me again. My boyfriend said he was chatting with her that i am wrong but it doesn't make sense. What does everyone think?
Me personally I tread lightly if I make positive comments about another female (on social media or elsewhere) if said female has a significant other. I either keep comment to myself or make sure I be equal to the couple, not just one. What you described is disrespectful and yes, would imply ulterior motives than "chatting"
