I have a blackberry storm...it sucks. Don't get one. The screen locks up all of the time or it lags. What a piece of JUNK!

I have one and happen to like it.

One trick I have learned is that you need to reset the thing occasionally.

Otherwise, I haven't had much problem with it.

Yep....Reset the SOB every hour or so or it locks up. Piece of SHIT! If it wasn't so damn expensive it would make a great hockey puck.

Hrm....a new sport. Ice Hockey with Cell Phones....I may be on to something.

I'm a RIM administrator.... your phone SHOULD not lock up .... contact where you got it from .... the unit should be replaced. I've had a Storm for 6 months and only have had to reset it once (my fault I put something on it I shouldn't have)

I've used various blackberries for years. I have a bold now. Awesome. One trick as others mentioned is to reset. I need to reset about once a week.

If you are needing to reset more often and if you frequently lose network connectivity, you probably have a rogue application eating your limited application memory. Get rid of the crap application(s) and you should be good to go.

um not that it matters BUT.... a blackberry is a fruit that you can eat. A BlackBerry is a mobile phone devloped by Research in Motion and probably made in China. I just had to let a little geekiness out. It was driving me bonkers

Oh and one more thing. The new Storm 2 is suppose to have all that fixed and will allow you to do multiple touch sensing screen. I haven't had the opportunity to play with it yet but my work is suppose to be getting me one to test.

Can't wait to tear it open and see it's insides

... hmmm that sounds morbid huh?
