Just broke up with my boyfriend of four months while fighting.He said he wanted to be friends but ignored me all week. He then started to kind of talk to me a little bit. Its been a week now. I asked if he wanted to be friends, or strangers and asked him if  he hated me and he said: "i dont hate you, i just need space" Does that mean he still likes me? HELP so confused...ugh

He may not know how he feels or what he wants to do. Being friends is very difficult and can be very painful. I don't recommend it.

The worst hand in poker isn't made of terrible cards. The worst hand is made of cards that are the second best hand at the table. If you met a guy who was unlikable and unattractive there would be no great sadness. The pain comes from a relationship that is almost good enough to work.

If your relationship is almost good enough it would be better to fold it and try again with someone else latter on.
