also divorce and child support for your state

and divorce and child custody for your state

read all that you can

then ask around for the names of lawyers from friends or neighbors

Get a free consult from 2 or 3 and go to visit them and see what they say

See if your family court has a free advisor and also read all you can, google like there is no tomorrow.
