You are probably doing the right thing filing for divorce now, while the children are little.
I divorced my husband for the same reasons when the kids were 9 and 5. It was really hard on them.
However, they are 21 and 17 right now and are doing great.
You are going to get through this, and you will do just fine.
It won’t be easy, but at least your home will be a house of peace for them.
I think#1 reason why our kids did well was because we did not set up mandated visitations and holidays, we let the children pick when they wanted to be and with whom.
We agreed to keep our reason for divorce private until they were older.
