Today would have been my 14th wedding anniversary. I actually didn't think about it until I saw today's date. I am not sure how I feel. Right now I am just numb, if that makes sense but I am sure at some point today, it will hit me.

Yikes, lots of hugs. I've never even thought of that yet. I think for me, I'd try to keep busy, book some spa time with friends, do something fun and good for myself. I hope you can sneak some of that into your day today.

Hugs to you LLMT... I hope you get through the day OK. Can you do something to maybe she some positive light onto this day for you? Something personally fulfilling? Something that feels good to you? Something that reminds you that your life is still about living -- and living well?

Count me in the "May sucks" anniversary bunch. Mine will be at the end of this month and my stbx will be purposefully out of the country on a "work vacation" with "friends" getting a "break" from "all this stress" for a divorce he wants while I stay home taking care of my stepson.

but somewhow...Independence Day, although from another culture, has a whole new meaning. :)
