Breakups & Divorce Support Group
Just broke up with someone or in the midst of a difficult divorce? Breaking up is difficult no matter what the circumstances are. They say that time heals all wounds, but sometimes a listening ear or a hug can work wonders for the heart. Whether you need a place to vent, someone to hold you to No Contact, or need advice about what to do, we're here to help.
Whenever other humans are involved, you can plan to your hearts content, and provide for every outcome you can think of, but assuredly, they will think of something you haven't. ;)
I tend to take chances and when they don't turn out the way I didn't planned it....I get sad.
*passes the bowl...* "OCD anyone??"
It is nice to finally unwind.
One other thing that I had found out that I can get stuck in "Loop" Thinking when my anxiety acts up. Funny but now that the divorce is done and job thing is done I am not feeling any anxiety and my self-confidence is swelling.
This is one thing that I question of myself over and over and over again. How do I change this? Do I really need to change it? Do I even want to change it? Is this just me, the way I am and I need to accept it? Why do I want to change it? Am I changing for me or for someone else just in order to gain their approval/acceptance? What do I hope/want to accomplish by making this change if I decide it's even necessary? How will my life be improved or changed? Is all this questioning and analyzing of my questioning and analyzing just more of the same?
Crazymaking, isn't it???? LOL
I do this too.
Exercise helps me be less this way, and more in the moment.
