i do enjoy a good hug... i am lucky i have so much family that love me enough to know when i need one... and while i am enjoying my time alone i do at times miss the hug of man who cares for me... :}

Yup JoyRide. It was a real mess at the meetup. The first three nights are walkers only, no vehicular traffic. It was rained out last night, so tonight was massively crowded. Huge traffic jams, and most people were running very late.

I was amazed as I ran into her and her two youngest about 1/4 mile along the path! :-)

So we walked it together and I ended up pushing her youngest the whole way back and all the way to her car. After she packed them and the stroller in she reached out and gave me a really, really big hug!

You know, for all I know it just might be she's being friendly. She's quite a bit younger than me, probably a dozen years plus or minus a year or two.

But she seems to be somewhat interested, I think? Guess I'll just feel it out a bit and see if it looks like it could be something a little more.

I'm not impulsive anyway. I'd like to get to know her a little better first anyway. We'll be at enough meetups together over the next several months.

Yeah, I get them from strangers at church. I miss the human touch. Glad you got some hugs dear

I would love it to develop into a very close friendship! ;-)

But I'm just not the type to push it too soon. I'll just leave it to The Universe and see how it plays out. If she is interested I'm sure I'll pick up on it.

And you know, even if my Spidey Sense isn't tingling after what I think is a long enough time and I feel I've got to know her well enough, I'll ask her out in a very polite way. What's the worst that can happen? She turns me down? Which would be exactly where I'd be if I never ask her out.

I only get to see my guy once a week, and I missed him last weekend because he picked up an extra work shift, so it'll be two weeks before I see him again this coming up Saturday. But, that one day a week I do get to see, I just want to be in his arms the whole time. I love the feel of the closeness.

Besides, I've got a nice cologne sampler my xgf got me for Christmas. It's old Calvin Klein stuff, but my xgf loves Obsession and said it reacted extremely well with my body chemistry. Several others said basically the same thing, so when the time comes, out comes the Obsession! ;-)
