A nice distraction if you're hurting

Last year when I was in turmoil a great friend here turned me on to her group for football lovers. It's a great group of you love the football season and was a great place to just take my mind off the hell we have all experienced or still are..

Sometimes it really helps to refocus a bit and get your mind off the turmoil for a bit. Try it out for some fun and distraction. After 17 months believe me it does get better..! Be well everyone :)

Good idea. It's easy to find yourself having too much free time when you're in one of life's struggles. I feel like family and friends are helpful in the beginning, but eventually they get consumed with their own lives again, or maybe being around you bring them down too. Joining a fantasy league of some kind (doesn't have to be football), is an easy way to burn hours a week, and give yourself something else to concentrate on.
