Wake each day and give thanks for all the good things in our lives.. Whether it be our children, our family, our friends, our job, our home , our pets, or hobbies. Ask yourself this a couple of times a day!!!
With these sort of thoughts and the help from counsellors and support groups like ours, we will all get through this...
