I got this out of a fortune cookie tonight (yep, from Fu Kein) and it said "The Difficulties of life are intended to make us better, not bitter."
Think about that one....It should be very true to most of us as we go through these hard times. All too often we let things make us bitter when we are dealing with them. I know that I have done this and I have been jaded through my experiences in my life.
I guess the challenge is to see the lesson in all of this to make us better and to try to avoid seeing the negativeness and becoming bitter.
