I'm with you. I understand the pain. And that alone helps sometimes. To have someone say that they truly understand that pain. I am living the same thing and it hurts. I run those same thoughts through my head daily.

Its hard to come to the conclusion that she doesn't love you anymore.

You will find comfort that you are not alone. I keep hearing it gets better but I don't feel better yet. I lean on my kids. They are my strength right now.

Keep pushing forward. I try to. Its so hard. If you were close by I would buy you a beer

I'm so sorry for what you're going thru, matters of the heart seem to be the hardest things to cope with, I feel like hell right now, stomach in knots thoughts wandering from one memory to the next, then thoughts of him moving on...........just torturing ourselves. I dont know how to cope with things, its hard to think of the next minute or the next few hours cuz you know you're still going to be feeling this way. This site is helping me a lot. I keep re reading peoples posts to my msg, and that is bringing me some comfort. I hope you get some relief and know you're not alone. We're all feeling the same way :(

2 years on....It is much easier
I have a new loving partner
and enjoy life mostly and the future

It is a vicious long road....but does get better
You need to do things that will make a new life and change your future plans

I am so sorry for your pain......I still am confused and angry, but hurt is so much less

I have a great therapist and friends....Lean on all that will support you

and 4 months...you are still in the savage eye of the storm
