Sorry it is long..
My boyfriend left me a note the other morning that he couldn't handle our both our depressions and he wished he was stronger and then signed it with love.
I was in shock and still am but tonight Im breaking down.
I just feel kind of numb. I sort of knew it was coming, but for him to just leave a note. I'm still in shock. I have mostly moments of strength but also moments of weakness.
We were together for three and a half years before and he said he needed time apart. So for a month I allowed him to go back and forth and then he said he needed to move outhence he had a new girlfriend. Well six months later he came back saying hed made a huge mistake and would I take him back. Well I decided I would give him a second chance.
Our relationship followed the same path as the first time. He is extremely needed and really emotionally unavailable and it seemed the more I tried the less he did. It has been hard for him with my depression lately, but I still tried as best I could.
Then I got physically ill for a little while and really saw how he wasn't trying. I suggested things to do and he wasn't interested.
Then the last couple of nights before my note he spend time with me relaxing close on the couch watching TV and talking and kissing.
Well I guess the jokes on me yet again. I am so angry with myself that I allowed myself him a second change and again he broke my heart.
This time Ive changed my phone numbers, changed the locks and working on changing emails. The fucker actually went into my email and took himself off my blocked list.
I told him in a nasty email that he was dead to me, that he was locked out and that I will send his stuff COD. I also told him to never contact me again. I don't think he was expecting me to react the way I have. He emailed back that he would come with movers but I have not replied to the email.
I have to find the strength now to actually pack up his stuff and get it out.
I had to talk to him this afternoon about getting passwords for information to access stuff on the computers and the tone in his voice told me he was glad I called, but it had to do with the computer guy I had come over.
This phone call has really upset me and made me really miss him. I'm so upset and feel so sick to my stomach now. I am breaking down and becoming really weak and wanting to call him again. Oh gawd!!
I miss him and still love him. I feel so sick to my stomach. How could he do this a second time...rip my heart out. Why did I allow him to do it? Why am I breaking down and being weak. It is taking everything in me to not contact him and ask him why he is doing this again. The phone call has set me off balance.

Big hug, remember you are very close to get rid of him for good, I had to remind yself of that after the stupid phone calls, that every single call was 1 step closer to the end. And the end feels SO GOOD!

I have that 2 times, I divorced in one coutry now the second. The same guy...argh. His emils do get bad and 3 emails to one of mine but I can choose the day to open it and deal with crap.
The longest one I had was him over the phone going through every single item he wanted shipped..argh. HAng in there. The ex wanted to come to pick up things, byt the hotel idea and no contact was not too applealing.
Jerks are jerks, what else on can ever expect from them? lol
