I'm feeling sooo stressed. My counselor and I talked about me changing my habits when it comes to my husband...so there is no more talk unless it's regarding my daughter, he's not allowed in my house and he can only be there while he is watching her and then he has to leave. I want no contact with him other than that.
He is being SO MEAN!! He ate my lunch yest when he was at my apt and didn't care that that was what I had for the week. It's my problem. I'm budgeted to the penny and can't afford to feed him etc and truthfully I don't want to!
SO now I have to put my daughter in more daycare which is more cost to me, he doesn't think he should have to pay..he can watch her. He has to use my place tho and I don't want that. He's a slob and takes whatever he wants and I just don't want him in my space when he is sooo damn disrespectful and mean to me all the time!!
I just feel overwhelmed!!

He doesn't have food to feed my daughter and it's disgusting. She can't be there. He's also being evicted and now he will be renting a room.

Well then send your daughter with some food to his room that he rents. Stop making excuses for him. I'm sure he can afford to feed himself. Allowing him into YOUR home allows him to work his way back into your heart. That home is your sanctuary. Don't let him violate it. He needs to grow up and get a proper place to have your daughter stay with him, and as long as you are providing a place for him then he doesn't have to. I know you won't like the thought of your daughter visiting him in some fleabag, but it beats his violating your sanctuary. She'll be OK. Or maybe he could take her to a park instead. But these are things he needs to think of, not you. It's not your place to provide anything for him anymore. Cut yourself some slack and take back your power!

I agree with cheyt, he shouldn't even be allowed in your space at all even if he is watching your daughter. He needs to feed himself and care for himself. He sounds like a real tool who needs a reality check.

As far as him not wanting to help pay for child care, I would let the courts decide what he should or should not do.

Keep him out of your sanctuary! That should be a safe place for both you and your daughter and it will not be that if he is allowed to violate it.

I agree with Blueknight and Cheryt 100%!!!!!!!!!! Get legal support and help, kick the bum out on his bum for his visits. Ungrateful curr. That's aweful

He doesn't HAVE to use your place - hes an adult - he needs to find a place of his own - you've had to - he can too.

So he doesn't want to pay daycare but he can come over to your house and watch your daughter and eat your food and be disrespectful? Wow - what a douche.

Take some of the power back. Its not your fault he doesn't have a place to stay - that's on him. If you are having problems getting money from him, utilize some resources in the community - google them - get help to financially pay for child care - there are programs out there - start at the health department - they have all kinds of resources and love to help people.

Keep watching out for your child and her well being. That's your only responsibility right now. Feeding him, sheltering him while he watches your child just because he is too cheap to pay for child care - not your problem. Use other resources. He is a douche.
