My lawyer tells me she wants a list of people to help my case about being a good mom and to basically speak on my behalf.
She also wants to call the GF to the stand!! Im not sure I want her to do this.
On one hand, this is business, and the gf has told me time and time again that she knows EVERYTHING about the stbx. So, she could maybe help my case against him. And, I could hurt her by doing this. Jokes on her.
On the other hand, this will cause an all out war.
He will be FURIOUS and I dont know if I want that.
She wants the list by monday. I just dont know what to do.

However, you don't know what she will say on the stand. She may lie. She may say the kids say horrible things about you and how wonderful and perfect he is. I know my lawyer says it's always bad news to put someone on the stand if you aren't positive what they will say. She is still his girlfriend. I would put her on the list, BUT have a talk with your lawyer about any concerns.
Good idea about putting her on the list but maybe not calling her to the stand.
