i am broken. two back to back emotionally and sexually abusive relationships. i am gasping for breath. both have broken my back. i am contemplating suicide. someone talk to me.

Killing yourself is actually being selfish. To much to live for. Maybe its time for you to be alone for a while and reevaluate.

Vm, I understand this is a feeling that has cross the minds of many of us at some point in our darkest days... but please know that things will get better. One day, you will look back and question yourself... why was that even an option for you?. There is many of us going thru similar pains here. Talk to friends. It helps to let out. Don’t hold it back. Cry. Grief. Love yourself first... and you will then find someone else that will love you as you are. Please be safe!

    Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
