I found something else that makes me feel good besides walking. If I do things that my husband and I never did or go places we never went. My kids and I have been going bowling every friday night. My husband hated bowling so we never went. I have a job tomorrow through tuesday in a town about 3 hours away and it just happens to be at an Inn where the owner was kind enough to comp a room for a few nights for me. I'm so looking forward to getting away from everything that reminds me of him and spending some time by myself for a few days. Even if I have to work while I'm there.
I think the dog prefers walking though! Is she gonna be pissed when I start packing the truck tomorrow and tell her she can't come with me this time!

My pooch doesn't get to go with me often. When he doesn't, I get a lil attitude for a day or so after I get back. I usually get him a special treat or toy from where I went. Most times it works and he stops the 'tude. I would suggest you get yours one too. :)
