Traumatic brain injury occurs when a sudden trauma causes brain damage. TBI can result from a closed head injury or a penetrating head injury. Symptoms of a TBI can be mild, moderate, or severe, depending on the extent of the damage to the brain. Outcome can be anything from complete recovery to permanent disability or death. A coma can also affect a child's brain.
Teachers pass good students and fail bad students. By passing a good student it means the teacher is doing their job correctly, and justifies their position/pay. Teachers like to fail bad students because it means they are doing their job, and their position/pay is justified. I have a few tips to ensure your success:
#1 - Attend every class, and participate in every class. Ask the teacher questions and be noticed every day. Help other students in class. Bad students make the teacher look bad, so they like to fail bad students. Bad students skip class, and when they do attend they do nothing. Attend and participate in ALL classes and you will be a good student, teachers don't like to fail good students. It would make the teacher look bad.
#2 - Do everything the teacher assigns. It doesn't have to be perfect, or better than everyone else, it just has to be done with effort. Bad students make the teacher look bad, and teachers like to fail bad students. by doing EVERYTHING the teacher asks of you you are being a good student. Teachers don't like to fail good students.
#3 - Sit in the front of class and/or near other good students. Always give the vibes that you are the best student and you are learning much from the teacher. Show the teacher that you are learning what they are teaching. Teachers like to pass students that learn from them. It means they are doing their job.
While I was doing my master's, I took certain health supplements which I found produced positive benefits: folic acid, aspirin, glucosamine, nattokinase (I've since switched from nattokinase to the Neprinol) I found these things to improve my memory and mental alertness.
I bought a ceramic bulb, which produces very penetrating long-wave infrared radiation, and swapped it into a reading lamp that was already mounted above my bed. I found that by shining it down on me at night, it dramatically improved the blood circulation in my head, and thus my sleep and restfulness at night. I was able to get up with a much fresher and more invigorated feeling in the morning. A ceramic bulb doesn't produce any visible light, so I could keep the thing on at night and still sleep in pitch darkness. I still use it to this very day, and benefit from it. Works like a charm.
Avoid having a heavy lunch, because it will definitely make you fall asleep afterwards. Instead, just have very light snacks, and then eat a heavy dinner before bedtime, and use that to get a nice heavy restful sleep.
Oh yeah, I also took Tryptophane as a instant sleep aid. It works better than Melatonin. This is because when I'd have the heavy sleep after eating my heavy dinner, then I'd always wake up in the middle of the night between 2am-4am. I'd then take the Tryptophane to get myself back to sleep very quickly.
