A brain tumor is any intracranial tumor created by abnormal and uncontrolled cell division, normally either found in the brain itself, in the cranial nerves, in the brain envelopes, skull, pituitary and pineal gland, or spread from cancers primarily located in other organs (metastatic tumors). Brain tumors may be benign or malignant.
That is not so easy without insurance but it is still possible. In the USA you can get enrolled into state funded medical care usually through social security. Do some research online and do the paperwork.
I know you can not put your life on hold and just live in a bubble due to the fear of what may happen. But do try to be safe. If possible don't drive, or limit your driving, you can put yourself and others at risk. Try to be around people that know you and could help if something does happen, and let them know what may happen so they can be ready to assist you. If you are alone, check in with your family or those close to you.
Sometimes when we face something so big and we feel there's nothing we can do we've been overlooking the simple things that can make a big difference.

She gets seizures. But this particular day, it looked like a slit stroke.
Your case does sound like a seizure problem. I think you should really try to find a way to get around the system and see a doctor.
