Brain / CNS Tumors Support Group
A brain tumor is any intracranial tumor created by abnormal and uncontrolled cell division, normally either found in the brain itself, in the cranial nerves, in the brain envelopes, skull, pituitary and pineal gland, or spread from cancers primarily located in other organs (metastatic tumors). Brain tumors may be benign or malignant.
I don't know that I can be of any help...I was on Abilify, prior to being DX'd with my Immune Disorder, Auto-Immune Disorder, and possible Ocular Melanoma...
I experienced bone marrow suppression, and maybe what you might call agitation...I could not sit still, I was compelled to stand and pace or walk...my Dr tried to offset this with Inderal but that did not help..and once the bone marrow suppression kicked in, I was off the med immediately.
Strangely, despite these side effects, Abilify was very effective in improving my mood.
All the best,
Anna
ALL WAS OK!
