i see my doctor and my cpn regulary but each time i go i put on this happy smiling face and make out im doing fine.why do i do this why can't i tell them the truth that my mind feels screwed up i'm hearing the voices more often than i let on.what am i afraid of?they all tell me how brilliantly im doing including my partner but inside im screaming for help as i just dont know what to do anymore.i feel my emotions getting out of control but i try and suppress them.i can't talk to my partner as she doesn't really understand bpd although shes joined a course to learn how to care for someone with a mental illness.but this isnt helping me right now,the way i'm feeling right now.i feel although im going backwards to the way i use to be all those negative feelings are comming back i fear of telling anyone in case they say "your ok"because thats just it i'm not ok.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
But as hard as it can be, bluewillow is right, the best thing to do is try your hardest to be truthfull with your doctor, even if you can't with your loved ones.. Or at the very least tell enough to get you on the next step of treatment. Which in all honesty is what I do...
Try not to suppress your emotions too much, in my experiance that is exactly what can cause the loss of control... Finding a way to channel them somehow can help a lil.
I wish you all the best and I hope that you have found your way!
