Hi , Has anyone had our is having the experience of always categorizing Their outbursts, as just the Truth about the other person on the receiving end of the outburst ,and.In their head they believe they are just trying too help you.. Is that just normal Dissociation or projection the sufferer exhibits or just Co-dependency?I hope this question is clear Everything revolves around the reaction and the attack just stating" The Truth" as a reason for The outburst.
I dont really categorize outbursts... This is how I feel about them in general please dont take it personally.
I think that a lot of people have victim issues and project them on other people they get defensive and lash out sometimes just way too much and not neccessarily at the right people. In many different forms abuse, terrorism, verbal abuse, even re-enactments. if the person gets help they will stop their lashing out
Hi, Thanks for responding ,
What I' m trying to do is understand or (self diagnose someone else) ,not good I know, I just want to understand or just let go!!! ,as I"m not the object of the projection anymore. What the question meant other than confusion, hurt feeling and me still letting this be my problem .She is still renting space in my Head for Free . I thought that someone else may had the experience of justifying all their outbursts and chasing people away, by just believing in their head they were right each time this occurs and that all she is just afflicted with not .being able to sensor herself in most of her interactions with others and that she does not have a problem, everyone else does. I have witnessed this happening in all areas of her life and she has told me the same kind of story I experienced -many times with her whole family and almost everyone in her life and she is 42.I now I need to just let go!!! Does it sound like BPD.
Sounds like this person is consuming your life. I think at this point it does not matter what personality issue it is that they have just the fact that you are on the receiving end of the lashing. Yeah time to let them go. Write them some kind of note that you need time for yourself. What ever you do, don't lose yourself or become codependent with this person. No form of lashing out or abuse should ever be justified. I recommend reading up on the current Dalai Lama and his way of life.
Im such an easy going person...I love to laugh and have a good time....and suddenly out of nowhere I get ANGRY AND WANT TO PUNCH THE KID SCREAMING or my dumbass coworker for existing...and then its off to laughing and then RAGE RAGE RAGE!
