I'm working on myself by seeing that i can take care of myself without being selfish. And learning not totake things personally, like how nobody has responded to my post yet. Maybe everyone is just busy.

Hello Tracy, it's nice to meet you. I think your doing pretty good in comparison to some of the other groups. Your post sounds upbeat, sincere, and friendly. That alone is really good. I would like to get to know you better and looking forward to more posts. I am new to this group and already am enjoying it.

Welcome to the group. Sounds like you have already started working on your self-esteem. I think it is a process of ups and downs like you said but as we build on our risk and successes the downs get shorter and the ups get higher. I have to work on not reading my own thoughts into others actions too. I am no mind reader and most of the time what others do have nothing to do with me. Ha imagine that, haha.
