Bisexuality is a sexual orientation which refers to the aesthetic, romantic, and/or sexual attraction of individuals to other individuals of both their own and the opposite gender or sex. Most bisexuals are not equally attracted to men and women, and may even shift between states of finding either sex exclusively attractive over the course of time.
I am bi, but because of past sexual assaults and trauma, sometimes I just feel uncomfortable around people I'm attracted to (which is most decent looking men and women who are over 25 and under 60 and not relatives). so basically, I'm uncomfortable a lot.
I do feel more comfortable with less attractive people (less attractive to me anyway) or old people, because I don't have to worry about anything.
I am doing better at relaxing and even being friendly with pretty women but it's scary and I'm walking a line to not be flirtatious with straight women.
it's just funny, I'm a hyper-sexual person in world that celebrates the hype-rsexual, but I see it's negative side and feel reticent (shy) about it.... maybe I should just stick to my husband, it seems less complicated anyway.

There's nothing to fear but fear itself honey! You are not powerless and naive anymore--I'm assuming--so you control how things play out from now on! There's no reason you can't work on a relationship with a female that leads to something deeper when the trust and safety are there for you. Its not so bizarre to require this--most people can't just turn it on and off like a light switch I'd imagine!
Don't give up entirely though--if its something you want find a way.
