I have at least one dream every night. They are quickly forgotten, but as far as I can remember, they are very rarely sexual and never about men or trans women. I just forget about them.

I think people shouldn't put so much stock into dreams and what they "mean". Dreams are created by the subconscious mind which cannot tell the difference between what's real and what isn't. So any and all emotions we feel from dreams aren't valid at all. Our subconscious minds are having emotional responses to things for reasons that don't make sense to us because it truly is nonsense.
If you think about dreams from a technical perspective like that, you see it's really a waste of time to think they have any meaning at all. I dream vividly all the time, nearly every single night, and most of those invoke strong emotions of one kind or another. And I remember my dreams at least 3 of 4 nights and it's always been like that. Some dreams seem to make some kind of sense, but the vast majority do not and I'm talking about super vivid dreams here. If I tried to figure out the "meaning" of all my dreams, I'd been in a straight jacket right now.
