I met a girl online. She's amazing. I've been out on a few dates with her. Like me though, she's indecisive, a little awkward at times and has been hardened by the military. She's much more aggressive than I am and straight forward, which I like. She won't tell me what's on her mind unless I ask her though. But she says she appreciates people being upfront with her. I've been to her place and have been out on 4 dates with her. I've met her 5 times now. We text each other everyday and meet every week. I'm so into her it's almost childish. I'm taking it slow though and trying to go off her cues, but I've definitely dropped hints that I want to be closer. The very first date we went out on I asked her what she wanted. She said "I always go for friendship first, if it goes any further than that than so be it." Last night I went out with her and she walked me to my car. I definitely feel like there was a sort of "moment" there but neither of us went for it. I'm just on edge because I want to know how she feels about me but I'm afraid if I ask the feeling won't be mutual and it will make our friendship awkward. Is there anything I can do to let her know I want something more without screwing up the little we have?
