Bisexuality is a sexual orientation which refers to the aesthetic, romantic, and/or sexual attraction of individuals to other individuals of both their own and the opposite gender or sex. Most bisexuals are not equally attracted to men and women, and may even shift between states of finding either sex exclusively attractive over the course of time.

As for other members with the same question, there are also a number of LGBT support groups that are probably close to you which you can investigate if you are looking for in person counseling and support for your recent discovery of your sexual identity. There are so many gay and bi men and women out there who, like you, have not yet fully come to terms with being gay or bi as a lifestyle and lovestyle. I've been there. It takes time to process the awareness and learn a whole new set of definitions and self acceptance. You will make it, Chrismann. It is not an overnight journey.
